Faith Haven Journal sells digital products only — including printable PDFs, journals, workbooks, and planners. Because our products are delivered instantly as downloadable files, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to the intangible nature of digital goods.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem with your file — such as a corrupted download, a file that won't open, or missing pages — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your email] and we will either replace the file or issue a full refund at our discretion.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
